Apartment Restoration & Internal Refurbishment 🛠️

This project involved the careful restoration of a two-bedroom apartment within a characterful residential building. Delivered by Element Pro, the refurbishment focused on upgrading all internal services while creating a clean, modern interior that respected the building’s original charm.

The design ambition was to achieve a minimalist aesthetic while still introducing warmth and balance. During second fix, concrete-effect finishes were introduced to support an industrial-inspired theme, paired with neutral tones to create a refined yet practical living space.
