Apartment Extension & Luxury Refurbishment 🛠️

This project involved adding an additional floor to an already large two-bedroom apartment, transforming it into a four-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury home. Delivered by Element Pro, the works focused on structural extension, internal reconfiguration, and high-end finishes throughout.

Inspired by contemporary luxury, the refurbishment introduced brass fittings, engineered wood flooring, and black timber blinds. By extending upwards, we nearly doubled the usable footprint of the apartment while maintaining strong build quality, durability, and long-term performance.
