Loft Conversion & Duplex Apartment Refurbishment 🛠️

This project involved a loft conversion and full remodelling of an existing first-floor two-bedroom apartment, transforming it into a spacious three-bedroom duplex home. Delivered by Element Pro, the works combined structural alterations with sensitive internal refurbishment.

Working closely with architects, head heights within the first-floor apartment were intelligently adjusted to allow for a higher, more comfortable loft room ceiling. This careful reconfiguration maximised usable space while maintaining strong proportions throughout the duplex.

A minimalist design approach was followed, with close attention paid to enhancing original period features to retain the building’s heritage. Practical additions such as dedicated bicycle storage further improved everyday functionality.
