Commercial to Residential Conversion & Extension 🛠️

This project involved the part-conversion of a ground-floor commercial unit within a landmark building, transforming previously underused ancillary space into a high-quality residential apartment. Delivered by Element Pro, the works combined sensitive conversion with a well-integrated extension.

Working closely with architects, the design focused on restoring and reconfiguring internal areas to suit residential use while maintaining the character of the original building. Structural works and internal refurbishment were carefully coordinated to maximise space, light, and functionality.

The finished property benefits from a large internal courtyard, enhanced with a varnished decking area to create valuable private outdoor space — a key feature rarely achieved in commercial conversions.
