Mansard Extension & Apartment Reconfiguration 🛠️

This project involved the construction of a mansard floor extension to an existing one-bedroom apartment, transforming it into a three-bedroom split-level luxury home. Delivered by Element Pro, the works focused on structural extension, internal reconfiguration, and high-spec finishes throughout.

By adding a new floor, we significantly increased the usable floor area while creating a more functional layout. The result is a well-balanced split-level apartment designed to maximise space, comfort, and long-term durability.
