Period Building Conversion into Luxury Apartments 🛠️

This project involved the full redevelopment of a period building into four super-luxury residential apartments. Delivered by Element Pro, the works included structural reconfiguration, high-spec internal refurbishment, and the creation of integrated outdoor space within selected units.

The development delivered two two-bedroom apartments and two one-bedroom apartments, each carefully planned to maximise space, light, and long-term usability. Two of the units were enhanced further with private garden access, adding both lifestyle and asset value.

A bold design approach was adopted, combining chalk white walls with charcoal kitchens and subtle gold detailing to create a striking yet timeless finish. Every element was selected to balance luxury, durability, and ease of maintenance.
