Additional Floor & Duplex Apartment Conversion 🛠️

This project involved adding an additional floor to an existing building and converting a larger-than-average one-bedroom apartment into a three-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex home. Delivered by Element Pro, the works focused on structural extension, internal reconfiguration, and high-spec finishes throughout.

A minimalist design approach was achieved using matt black finishes, concrete-effect tiles, rustic oak flooring, and smoked grey blinds. Smart space planning allowed us to incorporate a dedicated utility room, improving everyday functionality without compromising on design.
