This project involved the reconfiguration and refurbishment of a studio apartment to create a smarter, more flexible living environment. Delivered by Element Pro, the works focused on improving layout efficiency while maintaining comfort, durability, and everyday practicality.

By thinking on our feet during the design phase, we created a space that works equally well for living and working. Careful layout planning and targeted upgrades allowed the studio to feel more spacious, functional, and adaptable without increasing its footprint.
