Basement Apartment Refurbishment & Services Upgrade 🛠️

This project involved the transformation of a previously low-light basement apartment into a bright, functional living space. Delivered by Element Pro, the refurbishment focused on improving natural light, energy performance, and overall comfort.

An industrial-inspired design approach was adopted using dark, muted tones, balanced carefully to maintain a light and airy feel. Energy efficiency was a key priority throughout the project, ensuring long-term performance and reduced running costs.

All internal services were fully upgraded, with second-fix finishes completed using super matt detailing to create a clean, contemporary aesthetic suited to modern living.
